Air Dream products ship via UPS and are usually delivered within 3-6 business days (depending on destination). We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please email for shipping quotes to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Canada or other countries.
Returns
IMPORTANT
The Air Dream Mattress is designed to fit some sleeper sofas, so if ordering the Air Dream Mattress please measure the length, width and height of your existing sleeper mattress before you place your order for the Air Dream Mattress.
Please Note – the following parts cannot be returned…the Valve Replacement, Inflator/Pump, the ULTRA Hand Control and the ULTRA Motor.
In the event the Air Dream Mattress needs to be returned, it can only be returned within 30 days of purchase. If the return is for the complete Air Dream system, the mattress cover cannot have been taken out of the bag. Upon inspection and approval, you will receive a refund to the credit card used when purchased less a Restocking Fee (see below for Restocking Fee). A Return Authorization Number is required to return the Air Dream Mattress. Please note – a Return Label will not be provided. The Air Dream Mattress needs to be returned in the original packaging or equivalent packaging to prevent damage.
In the event the Air Chamber or ULTRA Air Chamber needs to be returned, it can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
