Please note – we do not recommend the Air Dream as an every-day mattress, only for occasional guest use.
Also important – use of Air Dream products in a commercial application (hotel, motel, rentals, etc.) or in any other application other than with a sleeper sofa will void the warranty.
Air Dream Warranty
The Air Dream Mattress, Air Dream Replacement Air Chamber and Air Dream Valve are covered for a 3-year period and the Air Dream Inflator for a 1-year period starting from the date originally purchased. Please note – the warranty period does not start over with a warranty replacement (the warranty period remains from the original purchase date). Also warranty issues will only be resolved with the replacement of the defective part – no returns, refunds or discounts. This warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship and only to the original owner. Any stains, punctures, holes or tears created by misuse are not considered manufacturer defects. Use of the Air Chamber as an “everyday” mattress or a “stand-alone” air mattress and not inside the Air Dream zippered cover voids the warranty. For more information or to order, please email us.
Air Dream ULTRA Parts Warranty
The Air Dream ULTRA Replacement Air Chamber, ULTRA Motor and ULTRA Hand Control/Wand are covered for a 3-year period starting from the date originally purchased. Please note – the warranty period does not start over with a warranty replacement (the warranty period remains from the original purchase date). Also, warranty issues will only be resolved with the replacement of the defective part – no returns, refunds or discounts. This warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship and only to the original owner. Any issues created by misuse are not considered manufacturer defects. Use of the ULTRA Air Chamber as an “everyday” mattress or as a “stand-alone” air mattress and not inside the Air Dream Ultra zippered cover voids the warranty. Warranty Procedure
The manufacturer of the Air Dream (Leggett and Platt) does require that the warranty must go through the company/retailer from whom the product was purchased. If you purchased the product from us – Elborn Holdings LLC, (please note – we are a retailer, not the Air Dream manufacturer) please email us at [email protected] the name on the order, date of order and shipping address information associated with the order. Once we receive that information, we will respond with email instructions on where to physically mail the Lot Number from the defective Air Chamber/Bladder.
PLEASE NOTE – the Lot Number section from the Air Chamber/Bladder must be returned before the manufacturer will ship a warranty replacement Air Chamber). If the warranty issue is with the Valve, inflator, Ultra Motor or Ultra Hand Control then the Lot Number section will not be required.
If the Air Dream product was not ordered from us (Elborn Holdings, LLC), then the warranty will be through that retailer from whom the product was purchased, and you would need to contact that company/retailer.
Lot Number location needed for the Air Chamber Warranty
In order to process a warranty replacement, the manufacturer will require the Lot Number information from the defective Air Chamber/Bladder. The Lot Number is a 4 digit number followed by the letter “N” located (inside the cover) on the Air Chamber at the end opposite from the Valve (if the Valve is at the head of the bed, the Lot Number would be at the foot of the bed and if the Valve is at the foot of the bed, then the Lot Number would be at the head of the bed). The Lot Number will be located over the edge/center area of the Air Chamber.
If the warranty is for the ULTRA Air Chamber/Bladder – the Lot Number is a 4 digit number followed by the letter “N” located (inside the cover) on the ULTRA Air Chamber at the end opposite from the Motor/pump (if the Motor is at the head of the bed, the Lot Number would be at the foot of the bed and if the Motor is at the foot of the bed, then the Lot Number would be at the head of the bed). The Lot Number will be located over the edge/center area of the ULTRA Air Chamber.
IMPORTANT – the Lot Number section will need to be cut out of the defective Air Chamber/Bladder. We will provide the appropriate address for the Lot Number to be mailed to and once the Lot Number section is received then the warranty replacement will be shipped.
